For them, it is a necessity simply because their homeowner’s insurance doesn’t cover dog bites (or your pets for that matter). Any property damage can be paid out of the security or pet deposit (or both). Be a responsible pet owner – train your pup, and protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
